· Sharing your information:  GBA do not share personal data with anyone other than those involved within a contract and only in the capacity of the Project and the way that the project needs to move forward. No personal data is given to a third party without the express consent of the individual or company.


If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.
